WEEK 3 Post 4

                                                                      Week 3 Post 3

For this weeks blog post as we make our video start to become a formalized plan we are making things like story boards and scripts my group and I figure that we would share some inspiration shots that helped us and we were invisioning when creating those things.

This first picture is from the famous coming of age movie "Stand by Me", an emotional coming of age, movie that highlights the relationships and journey of middle school aged kids trying to find a dead body. This shot caught my attention because it captures the shot that we are trying to achieve for some of our montage clips. For example the shot from behind the girls doing things, and having a candid feel. Also we liked the faint filter on it making it less modern feeling.

This next shot is from my favorite movie "Ferris Buellers Day Off", this captures something that we are going for in the car clips where the two girls are driving to the beach. They are dressed young looking like teenagers. They are acting less serious than one normally would in a car, and the carelessness of the kids helps the create a familiar coming of age feel.

This picture below is off two people running into the ocean. This shot is almost an identical one to what we want. First, it has the slight filter like said before and we want multiple clips of the girls at the beach, so the same setting. Again the shot from behind and the seeming candid shots are what we are going for.
This next picture is from the movie "Lady bird" another well known more recent coming of age movie from 2017. This follows two girls between their hard high school years. We liked this shot because, one it shows 2 girls next to each other giving the best friends dynamic. And also it is how a lot of our shots are going to look, 2 shots of them together.
